What are our worship services like?

     - Pastor R. Don Ross leads both services.
     - We have seating on the main floor and in the balcony.
     - There are hearing amplification devices in the narthex (foyer) for your use.
     - Communion is served at both services every Sunday. The common method is intinction - after coming to the front via the center aisle in two lines, you received the bread and dip it in the juice. Please feel free to kneel at the altar afterwards for a time of prayer. All are welcome to receive communion.
     - Feel free to put on a name tag so that we can get to know you.

Our first worship service has a bit less structure and formality. There is a band that plays more modern Christian music. Though we have a bulletin, text and lyrics will appear on the video screen.

The second worship service is more traditional. This service has an adult choir and songs are sung from the hymnal.

   1. To learn about worship and about people in your congregation and community so you can plan worship appropriate to their needs.
   2. To collaborate with the pastor and music leaders in planning worship.
   3. To develop and support effective musical leadership in the church.
   4. To promote and foster regular individual and family spiritual formation.
   5. To consider other opportunities for strengthening worship.
